Coach Johnee Kop is returning to train you how to improve your Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) using a system of fun drills and activities.    SAQ means …

This training is for boys and girls aged 9 to 13 that want to obtain the benefits of improved SAQ in whatever sports they choose to play.  The class introduces training techniques to improve your speed and power, as well as your balance and agility.  All of the techniques learned should be practiced at home during the week on a regular schedule and will benefit any athlete, regardless of their sport.  Basketball and volleyball players will increase their jumping ability; football, soccer and rugby players will find that burst of speed to break into the open field; tennis and squash players will run down those tough corner shots, plant their feet and make a great passing shot down the line. The benefits for all athletes are too great to ignore, do you want to be left on the sidelines?

 

Players should wear good gym shoes and athletic clothes

 

Parents are welcome to join the class and help out.  Class size is limited to a minimum of 10 players and maximum of 20 players.
