              Sports Beijing HockeySkating Foundamentals

Fall 2009

Sports Beijing Hockey Skating Fundamentals is aimed at both “up and coming” ice hockey players and children keen to learn to skate. Our program uses fun drills, games and exercises to
help children learn and improve proper skating technique. After mastering the fundamentals of hockey skating, children are introduced to handling a hockey stick. Parents who are able to
skate are encouraged to come on the ice with their children for the beginning sessions. Learn Hockey Skating Fundamentals and then join the Sports Beijing Ice Hockey programs!!!

Safety on the ice is our priority! Participants in Hockey Skating Fundamentals MUST wear a helmet (bike helmet or hockey helmet), good quality knee pads, elbow pads and gloves at all times. When
skaters start to play on ice using a hockey stick and puck all players must have a hockey helmet with face shield and hockey gloves.
