Sports and Soccer Summer Camp

Now in its 4th year, the Sports Beijing Sports and Soccer Summer Camp heralds in the Beijing Olympics with non-stop action in activities such as  Archery, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis ,Hockey and Swimming being offered in addition to the annual FA Soccer Star Challenge. The program for the 3-4 year olds includes popular face painting, arts and crafts and movies as well as 'mini-olympic' games and activities. All activities are supervised by international school teachers and capable assistants.

The program for the older children will include the FA Soccer Star Challenge supplemented by additional activities such as archery, 10-pin bowling and swimming trips as well as school based activities including basketball, Soccer, Hockey, Table - Tennis, Tennis, Hockey. If you want to do it, we will provide you with the opportunity to participate and have fun , what could be better than that?

Dates:          Monday 16 June to Friday 20 June.
                     Monday 23 June to Friday 27 June.

Schedule:     9.00am – 1.00pm (3-4 years old) (See Transportation Note Below)  
                     9:00am – 3:00pm (5 to 7 years)
                     9:00am – 3:00pm (8 to 13 years)

Venue:         Beijing BISS International School

Fees:            RMB 2000 (3-4 years) per five day course (min 10)
                     RMB 2000 (5-7 years) per five day course. (min 12)
                     RMB 2000 (8-13 years) per five-day course. (min 12)

Transportation:  A shuttle bus service departing from the main gate of WAB promptly at 8.30am and returning to WAB at 3.30pm will be run provided that at least 10 children confirm use the shuttle bus in advance.  Parents who wish to use the courtesy shuttle MUST contact the SBJ office in ADVANCE. ALL children must be escorted to and from the shuttle bus. Sports Beijing Staff will supervise children on the bus between venues.Please note that children age 3 & 4 can take the morning bus from WAB to BISS, but that parents must make their own arrangements to collect these youngest players from BISS at 1pm.

Lunch:  Lunch is not provided. However, sandwiches and drinks will be available for purchase or players can pack their own lunch daily.  The lunch hour will be supervised by the Summer Camp Staff.

Our qualified personnel, led by head coach Mr. Alan Hough, will coach and supervise all sessions.  All participants will receive a DVD showing highlights from the week; and an FA SoccerStar Awards Certificate.
