Sports Beijing Policy

1. Sports Beijing retains the right to modify programs from their description
in this catalogue.

2. If a Sports Beijing program is cancelled, a full refund will be given.

3. If for any reason a participant should choose to withdraw before the start of, or
immediately following the first lesson of any Sports Beijing Program, 50% of the
registration fee to a maximum of RMB 300 will be held by Sports Beijing as a
processing fee. No refunds will be made after completion of the second lesson.
All notices of dropping a program should be emailed to info@sportsbj.com
prior to the completion of the second lesson. Refunds will only be given out from
the Sports Beijing office on production of a valid receipt.

4. If a child wishes to register part way through the season the full registration
fee will still apply.

5. Children registering for programs with specified age groups shall register for
the appropriate age group and according to the program description for that
activity. No child may play up or down an age group unless this change is
suggested by the coaches and approved by the coordinator.

6. Children may be asked to play in a younger age group if they are less
experienced. This is to benefit the child and ensure that the league is fun for
all of the players involved.

7. Sports Beijing will charge a RMB 150 late registration fee for payments on or
after the first day of any program. Children will not be allowed to participate on
the first day or a program if they have not previously registered and paid the
activity fee. All registrations must be made at the Sports Beijing Office and late
registrations will be accepted only if there is space available. The late registration
fee will be waived for families just locating to Beijing who join programs
after the start date.

8. In order for a child to participate in any Sports Beijing programs, families
are required to become members of Sports Beijing. Membership forms
can be downloaded from www.sportsbj.com or copies can be found in this
catalogue or obtained by contacting the Sports Beijing Office. Membership
fees are not refundable.

9. Sports Beijing programs will continue where possible regardless of the weather
or atmospheric conditions, including pollution. Parents must decide on an
individual basis whether they want their children to participate in sports on
any particular day.
