If you have not already registered as a member for the 2007/2008 school year, you must register as a Sports Beijing member before you can sign-up for any program. You DO NOT need to register again if you already paid the membership fee in the Fall/Winter 2007.

To register as a member complete a SJB Membership Application Form. One form is used per family. List all the details for the children in your family that will participate in SBJ during the 2007/2008 school year. Parents be sure to sign the form. You will be given a Sports Beijing Membership number and card to use when signing up for sports. Before and After the March 8/9 Sports Sign-Up event you can register as a member at the Sports Beijing Office on the 4th floor of CAT Lifestyle Mall between 10:00 and 6:00, pay the membership fee and receiver your membership card. During the March 8/9 Sports Sign-Up event at the CAT Lifestyle Mall you will be able to complete the member registration process if you have not already done this before March 8th.

Save time at the Sports Sign-Up event on March 8/9 by registering as a SBJ member before this weekend.

STEP 2 Complete a Sports Sign Up Form

You must register as a Sports Beijing Member before you can sign-up for any program.

No Sports Sign-Up forms will be accepted without a Sports Beijing Membership Number. See Step 1 for information about registering as a Sports Beijing Member.

You must complete one Sports Sign-Up form for each child and each sport taken by that child. Check one sport only for each form. Fill in all the information on the form. Use the "Special Requests" line on the form to the write the class time or session your want. Parents be sure to sign the reverse side of the Sports Beijing Sport Sign-Up Form.

STEP 3 Sign Up for Your Programs

The sports sign-up for the Spring 2008 Season opens the weekend of March 8, 10:30am-3:30pm and March 9, 11am-2pm at the CAT Lifestyle Mall. See page 3 for the location. Take your completed sport-sign up forms to the appropriate sport registration desk on March 8/9 and pay the registration fee to the volunteer behind the desk. You are now a Sports Beijing Member and registered for another season of sporting action!!!

No Sports-Sign-Up forms will be accepted before March 8, except from parents that volunteer to help at the Sports Sign-Up event on March 8/9. Volunteer to help on March 8 or March 9!!! and Sign up early!!!

After March 8/9, Sports Sign-up procedures can be completed at the Sports Beijing Office on the 4th floor of CATLifestyle Mall between 10:00am – 6:00pm.

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AS A SPORTS BEIJING MEMBER FOR THE 2007/2008 SCHOOL YEAR BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR A PROGRAM. NO SPORTS SIGN-UP FORMS WILL BE TAKEN WITHOUT A SPORTS BEIJING MEMBERSHIP NUMBER

报名日：3月8日上午10：30至下午3：30，3月9日上午11：00至下午2：00 请您按以下步骤进行报名注册：

第一步：

如果您的孩子以前从没有加入北京体育俱乐部会员，请填写会员表，一个家庭一表，请勿必在表后签名。

在3月8日\9日之前或之后注册会员的,请于工作日10:00-6:00到妙典时尚广场北京体育俱乐部注册登记。若您在3月8日之前注册成为北京体育俱乐部的会员可为您在报名日节省不少时间。

第二步：

您必须先成为体育俱乐部的会员才能报名体育项目（如果您没有会员号码，是无法继续报名的）。接下来完整填写体育报名表。我们的活动需要家长的参与，如果您热心公益事业，请别忘记在报名表的教练或组织者一栏中注明。

第三步：

北京体育俱乐部春冬季体育项目的报名日为3月8日和9日。请于报名日，将填写好的报名表交至相应的报名处，并付费，请注意，北京体育俱乐部不接受8日前的任何体育活动报名。若家长有意在报名日做俱乐部的志愿者，则可以在8日前进行体育项目报名。
