Sports Beijing Judo & Brazilian JiuJitsu
This program combines the disciplines of Judo and Brazilian JiuJitsu, both martial art disciplines that trace their roots back to Japanese JiuJitsu. Whereas Judo focuses on taking your opponent to the ground, Brazilian Jiujitsu teaches defensive techniques after the fight goes to the ground.
