Sports Beijing “Societe Generale” Junior Rugby supported by Tenbridge

Rugby is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and the Sports Beijing Junior Rugby Program is no exception. With support from Societe Generale, Tenbridge, and the Beijing Devils Rugby Club, we are delighted to continue the Junior Rugby Program for girls or boys aged between 7 and 16 years. No previous playing experience is required.

Coaching will be led by the very experienced Paul Ward and Jeremy Allen and assisted by other members of the Beijing Devils Rugby Club and parents with players in the program. We are very grateful for the advanced level of skill, dedication, and enthusiasm that these volunteers bring to our Junior Rugby program.  Additional parent coaches also welcome! 

Players will be divided by age (and size if necessary) and sessions will consist of drills designed to improve basic rugby skills and tactics, followed by a game. Players will receive a jersey, shorts and a mouthguard.  We will continue to enter teams into tournaments and play games against other schools and clubs this season. So with the memories of a great World Cup tournament just behind us, come and join in the fun and experience the thrill of playing this high speed and exciting sport!

Ages:            6-17 years
Dates:          Sundays April 6th to June 8th.
Time:           10:00am to 12:00pm
Venue:         International School of Beijing
Fee:             500 RMB
