Volunteer Coach

 

Attend Sports Beijing Coach’s Clinic

l Lead training sessions for assigned team varying from 6-12 players throughout the YSL Program.

Supervise and manage assigned team during fixtures, arranged in accordance with the YSL

   Utilize assistant coach/es and team parents to ensure all players receive equal attention and assistance. 

Act as a direct point of contact for all players’ parents. 

Report directly to Age Group Coordinator any suggestions, questions or complaints that may arise throughout the program

Assistant Coach

 

   Attend Sports Beijing Coach’s Clinic

    Work alongside the Head Coach to assist with training sessions for assigned team

    Assist the Head Coach with management of team during YSL fixtures

    Act as a secondary point of contact for all Players’ parents

   Report directly to Head Coach any suggestions, questions or complaints that may arise throughout the program.

Team Parent

 

    Offer extra help and assistance to Head & Assistant coaches. 

    Goal post supervision, equipment inventory, supervision of players to bathrooms, nurse etc.

Age Group Coordinator

 

    Liaise directly with Football Program Manager to create a contact list for all associated parents for assigned age group. 

    Assist FPM with distribution of information to contact list.

    Assist FPM with selection of evenly matched teams for assigned age group.

    Act as direct primary contact for all Head Coaches in assigned age group.

    Report all relevant questions, suggestions and complaints to FPM. 

    Assist FPM with recording inventory and distribution of player’s uniforms. 

    Assist FPM with distribution of regular email updates and information for coaches and team parents.
